Super Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices cinnamon-raisin bread
    2 tsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    4 slices (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese
    1 small red apple, cored and thinly sliced into rings
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
Preparation
    Spread 2 slices with mayonnaise or salad dressing. Layer each slice of bread with 1 slice cheese, half of the apple slices and another slice of cheese.
    Top with another slice of bread. Spread each outside with margarine or butter and grill 6 to 8 minutes and cheese is melted.
    Makes 2 servings.
