Ritzy Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    26 crushed Ritz crackers
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and baking powder until stiff.
    Add sugar. Fold in Ritz, nuts and vanilla.
    Bake in 9-inch pan for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool at least 30 minutes and spread with Cool Whip. (Note:
    This doesn't go in a pie crust, just pour directly in pie pan).
