Ingredients

4 c. cranberries
2 c. water
3 1/2 c. sugar or artificial sweetener
1 qt. water
2 lemons
1 pkg. knox unflavored gelatin
small amount of cold water
Preparation

Boil cranberries with water until tender. Strain. Boil sugar and quart of water for 5 minutes. Add sugar water, juice of lemons, and gelatin which has been softened in cold water, to the cranberries. Freeze, stirring several times during freezing. Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving.
