Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
pinch of salt
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. cornstarch
another 1/4 c. milk
nutmeg
1 baked pie shell
Preparation
-
Scald together the first 4 ingredients, then stir in the cornstarch and milk.
Mix and cook for 5 minutes more.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Refrigerate.
Serve cold with fruit, if desired.
