Reuben Jr. - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut
    4 Tbsp. French or Thousand Island dressing
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
    sliced Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 loaf party rye, sliced
    dill pickles
Preparation
    Rinse and drain sauerkraut, mix
    with salad dressing.
    Scrape fat from corned beef.
    Mash meat well.
    Cut Swiss cheese slices in quarters.
    Blend butter and mustard and spread on bread.
    Top with 1 tablespoon sauerkraut, then 1 tablespoon beef.
    Add a square of cheese on top each slice.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts, about 8 minutes.
