Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 tomatoes
    4 bell peppers
    1 to 3 hot banana peppers to taste
    4 onions
    5 gloves garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation
    Dice tomatoes, green peppers, hot peppers and onions.
    Place in large pan.
    Mince garlic.
    Add to mixture in pan.
    Heat on medium heat.
    Add salt and pepper, sugar and tomato paste.
    Simmer 1 1/2 hours, then add wine vinegar.
    Simmer 1/2 hour more.
    Serve with nacho or tortilla chips.
