Singapore Noodle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. firm tofu
    soy sauce
    3 cloves garlic, pressed
    black pepper
Preparation
    Cut into 1/2-inch thick slices and dip in soy sauce.
    Place on a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Sprinkle with garlic and black pepper.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cut into strips when cool.
