Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 envelopes plain gelatin
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    medium size bottle maraschino cherries, cut
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
Preparation
    Cook first 3 ingredients for 5 minutes.
    Remove from stove. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water.
    Add to pineapple mix and cool. Soften cream cheese; add cherries and mix well.
    Combine mixtures.
    Whip heavy cream.
    Fold into combined mixtures.
    Put in long loaf pan and refrigerate overnight.
