Baby Apple Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 large apples, peeled and cut into thin wedges
    1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add apples, brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Saute until tender.
    Reserve.
    Combine eggs, milk, flour, granulated sugar and salt in a blender or food processor. Whirl until smooth.
    Butter inside of a 12-inch skillet with ovenproof handle.
    Pour in batter.
    Spoon apple mixture evenly over top.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until pancake is puffy and golden brown.
