Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    bread crumbs or cornflakes
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients.
    Place in greased 13 x 9-inch casserole. Top with bread crumbs or cornflake crumbs.
    Drizzle butter over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. This dish freezes well.
