Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Heat 1/2-inch of oil in electric skillet to 400\u00b0.
    In bowl with fork, stir 1 tablespoon oil and next 6 ingredients.
    Drop by tablespoon into oil.
    Fry 3 to 5 minutes, turning once.
