Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon, drained and boned
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pack lightly in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature. Loosen edges. Turn onto a platter. Serve with Mustard Dill Sauce. Serves 4 to 5.
