Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. peeled shrimp
    Tony's Creole seasoning
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper
    2 stalks celery
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 can tomato soup
    4 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Sprinkle shrimp with Tony's seasoning. Set aside. Melt margarine and saut onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic. Add flour and parsley. Cook slowly. Do not brown. Add tomato soup and 1 can of water. Cook together 20 to 30 minutes. Add shrimp. Cook 10 minutes. Set aside 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
