Crock-Pot Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. water
    1 can chicken broth
    1 ham bone or ham hock
    2 cans cream of potato soup or 1 can cream of potato soup plus 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine all except milk.
    Cook on low for 6 hours.
    Take out ham bone and chop up ham.
    Put ham back in and add milk.
    Cook 1/2 hour more.
    Add more water or milk if too thick.
