Dilly Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, undrained
1/2 tsp. dried dill
3/4 c. 1% low-fat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. light cream cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
6 drops hot sauce
Preparation

Drain clams; reserve 3 tablespoons liquid and set aside. Place reserved clam liquid, dill and next 5 ingredients in food processor.
Cover; process until smooth.
Spoon mixture into bowl; stir in clams.
Serve with raw vegetables.
Yield:
1 1/2 cups.
