Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef, chicken or turkey
3 Italian sausages
1 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 qt. tomatoes
1 (7 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. molasses
1/2 c. Zinfandel
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 can olives, sliced
1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese (1 lb.)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 bunch spinach, chopped
8 to 10 lasagne noodles
Preparation

Remove skins from sausages and brown meat together.
Add onion and pepper and cook until done.
Drain meat, then combine with tomatoes, tomato sauce, spices and molasses.
Cook several hours, until very thick.
Add wine.
Keep warm.
