Mild Cheddar Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (Blue Plate)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    approximately 1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    dash of Tabasco
Preparation
    Soften cheese to room temperature.
    Blend all ingredients except pecans.
    Shape into round ball and roll in pecans.
    Serve with your favorite wheat crackers.
    It may be made in advance of a party several days.
    It keeps well in the refrigerator wrapped in wax paper.
