Egg And Spinach Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh spinach, washed and stemmed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
    8 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    12 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Melt 3 tablespoons margarine in large skillet.
    Add first four ingredients and mix well.
    Cover and simmer 3 minutes.
    Remove cover and raise heat.
    Cook, stirring, until all moisture has evaporated.
