Swiss Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen green beans (canned or fresh can be used)
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Boil beans until tender and set aside.
    Blend remaining ingredients.
    Cook until tan in color.
    Add 1 cup sour cream, stirring all the while.
    Add 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, grated, to the sauce.
    Put beans, drained, into a baking dish.
    Cover with cheese sauce and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
