Hamburger Hot Dish For 100 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 lb. hamburger
    1 c. diced onion
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 (50 oz.) cans tomato soup
    1 gal. can kidney beans
    14 c. elbow spaghetti
    4 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (50 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    2 (50 oz.) cans V-8 juice
Preparation
    In a large frying pan, brown hamburger and onion in small batches.
    Drain off fat.
    Put batches in large roaster.
    Cook spaghetti in 10-quart kettle or do in batches according to directions on package.
    Drain and rinse in cold water. Add to hamburger. Add all other ingredients, mixing well.
    Stir occasionally until heated through.
