Plum Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
3 or 4 small jars plum baby food
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Grease tube pan, cut paper for bottom and grease again.
Dump all ingredients together and mix.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Turn cake out and immediately glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar, mixed with lemon juice.
May be served plain, cold or hot.
Freezes well.
