Breakfast Burrito - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. light margarine
    2 c. frozen O'Brien potatoes, thawed
    3/4 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. egg substitute
    1/4 c. salsa
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    4 (7-inch) fat-free flour tortillas
    1/4 c. light or fat-free sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes and chili powder. Cook potatoes until tender, stirring occasionally.
