Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cubed pork (3/4 inch cubes)
    1 egg white, beaten until frothy
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Combine egg white, cornstarch and soy sauce.
    Stir in pork cubes to coat.
    Combine Bisquick and water and stir into pork mixture.
    Fry each cube in deep oil. Drain and set aside.
    Season with salt and pepper.
