Nacho Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. ground beef
Preparation

In a large skillet, fry sausage and ground beef together. Melt cheeses, on low heat, in slow cooker.
Add sausage/beef mixture to melted cheeses.
Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and cream of mushroom soup to mixture, stirring often.
(Do not get cooker too hot, cheese will scorch.) When dip is completely mixed, serve with nacho chips. (Keep slow cooker set on low while serving to keep dip warm.)
