Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. apples
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. oleo, melted
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Put in sliced apples.
Cover with brown sugar and lemon juice.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; add beaten egg and mix until crumbly.
Cover apples with this mixture.
Drizzle melted oleo over all.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
