Seafood Newburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. seafood
    1/2 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 1/2 c. light cream
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add flour and seasonings.
    Add cream gradually and cook until creamy and thick.
    Stir constantly.
    Stir in egg yolks and seafood.
    Cook over low heat until hot.
    Serve on toast.
