Blueberry Gems - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. blueberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation

Combine flour and sugar and set aside. Combine eggs, vanilla, oil and milk. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in blueberries; stir just until mixed. Spoon batter into greased muffin pans or cupcake holders. Fill half full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen muffins.
