Crustless Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Melt butter in iron skillet.
    Mix together in a bowl the sugar, flour, milk, vanilla and eggs.
    Pour in skillet and bake in oven for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Turn out of skillet on a plate.
