Cheese-Filled Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. manicotti pasta (or use jumbo shells)
1 (15 oz.) pkg. shredded Ricotta cheese
1/4 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Cook pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse in cool water.
Mix together Ricotta cheese, garlic, salt, bread crumbs and parsley.
Fill pasta with cheese mixture (adequately fills 8 pieces, but used sparingly can fill 12 to 14).
Arrange in baking dish and pour 1 (30 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce over. Sprinkle top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
