Lentil Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 c. lentils, rinsed
 
5 c. water
3 cubes chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 medium onion
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
Preparation
- 
                            Add all ingredients at same time.
 
Cook 2 hours or until lentils are tender.
Makes 4 cups.
If desired, chopped ham may be added toward end of cooking time.
