Linguine With Garlic, Oil, Anchovies And Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. linguine, cooked and drained
1 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
2 to 3 large cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can flat anchovies in oil
black pepper to taste
grated Italian cheese to taste
Preparation

In an 8-inch frying pan, add all ingredients, except linguine. Heat until oil is very hot, then simmer slowly, stirring occasionally to break up anchovies.
Cook until mushrooms are tender (about 15 minutes).
Pour over cooked and drained linguine. Add grated Italian cheese to taste.
Great with other seafood dishes for Christmas Eve dinner.
