Rigatoni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) box rigatoni
1 large can tomato juice
1 small can tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped (optional)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef with the onion, green pepper, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
Drain well.
Add tomato juice, tomato paste and tomatoes; cook until thick.
