Quiche Lorraine With Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 thin slices onion
10-inch pie shell, partially baked
4 slices crisp bacon, chopped
8 paper-thin slices ham, shredded
8 paper-thin slices imported Swiss cheese
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. light cream, heated
garlic powder to taste
nutmeg to taste
Preparation
-
Saute onion in margarine until soft.
Sprinkle drained onion and bacon over bottom of pie crust.
Add half the ham and 4 slices of cheese.
Repeat layer, using ham and cheese.
