Swedish Meatballs With Sweet Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. light cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in cream about 5 minutes.
    Mix meats together until well combined.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Shape into small balls, about 1-inch size.
    Brown meatballs in skillet until well done.
    Remove meatballs; drain grease from skillet and add 1 can beef broth and 1 can water. Return meatballs to broth mixture and simmer 15 minutes.
    Makes approximately 40 to 45 meatballs.
