Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
4 to 5 raw potatoes, sliced
Preparation

Combine butter, flour, milk and salt; cook until thickened. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes and sauce in greased baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
