Throw-Together-In-The-Morning When The Relatives Spend The Day -(Note: Nothing Needs To Be Exact.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken breasts (can be frozen)
    1 (8 oz.) bottle no salt salsa (hot, medium or mild)
    1 large bottle low sodium V-8
    1 to 2 cans chickpeas, rinsed
    sliced stalks of 1 bunch broccoli
    2 sliced green peppers (add later if crispness is desired)
Preparation
    Optional:
    Chicken broth, kidney beans, tomatoes (fresh or canned), snap peas, sliced mushrooms, celery, onions, garlic, zucchini, parsley, almost any vegetable, even potatoes.
