Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can lesueur Peas
    1 can French style green beans
    1 can shoepeg corn
    1 jar chopped pimento
    celery
    bell pepper
    red onion
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar (or equivalent - Sugar substitute)
    2 tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Drain peas, green beans, corn & pimento. Chop celery, bell pepper and onion. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Bring vinegar, sugar and oil to a boil. Pour over vegetable mixture and refrigerate overnight.
