Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 3/4 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk
    3 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar (packed)
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick butter, melted (add last)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Cream sugar, eggs, soda, salt and all flavorings.
    Gradually add flour and milk.
    Add pulp.
    Add butter.
    Pour into a well-greased pan.
    Place in oven.
    Bake for 70 minutes.
