Pasties(Pronounced Pass-Tees) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. crisco
    9 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Measure flour and salt into bowl.
    Cut in Crisco thoroughly. Sprinkle in water, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing until all flour is moistened.
    Gather dough into ball, handling as little as necessary.
    Set
    aside.
