Garlic Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken parts
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 heads garlic (not cloves), peeled
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. soup stock
    1 c. plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. bourbon
Preparation
    Skin meat, remove fat and cut breasts in half.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Brown in oil.
    Stir in heads of peeled garlic cloves, thyme and stock.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
