Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground meat
    1 onion
    1 pkg. enchilada mix
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
    15 tortillas (corn), cut in fourths
Preparation
    Brown ground meat and onion; add enchilada mix, tomato soup, mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Cook for about 10 minutes, then pour in casserole dish, alternating meat with tortillas.
    Top with grated cheese (1 1/2 cups).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes; can be frozen before you cook.
