Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. chicken thighs and drums
    1 (10 to 12 oz.) jar chili sauce
    1 (10 to 12 oz.) jar peach or apricot preserves
    1 large onion, diced large
    1 can chunk pineapple
    1 large green pepper, large diced
    2 large carrots, sliced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except chicken in large Dutch oven.
    Add chicken and simmer for 1 hour. Serve over cooked white rice.
    This can also be baked, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
