Minted Hot Cocoa Mix - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. nondairy coffee creamer
1/2 c. cocoa
3 sticks peppermint candy (blender crushed)
Preparation

Mix and store in airtight container. Use 3 to 4 heaping teaspoonfuls mix per cup of hot water or milk.
