Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef or ground chuck
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 slices bread
    2 small pieces garlic
    small handful oats
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    salt and pepper
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Mix ground chuck or ground beef, eggs, bread, garlic, oats, onions, pepper, salt and seasoned salt.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Shape into meatballs.
    Place meatballs into boiling water for about 5 minutes; drain.
