Spring Sunshine Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
    2/3 c. boiling water
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 (8 oz.) carton lemon flavored yogurt
    1 c. whipped topping
    1 pie crust (baked or ready made)
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine gelatin and boiling water; stir until gelatin is dissolved.
    Drain mandarin oranges and stir orange liquid into gelatin mixture.
    Set aside 10 whole orange segments; chop remaining segments coarsely.
    Stir chopped segments and yogurt into gelatin mixture.
    Refrigerate until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon, about 45 minutes. Fold in whipped topping; pour into crust. Refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.
    Garnish with reserved orange segments.
