Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour or other thickening
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar together.
    Add milk, vanilla, egg yolks and butter.
    Mix well.
    Cook over low heat until thick.
    Put in already baked pie crust.
    Beat egg whites until thick.
    Add 6 teaspoons sugar.
    Put on pie and put in oven until brown.
