Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Prepare pastry.
    In a large bowl dissolve the yeast in the warm water.
    Let stand until foamy 5 to 10 minutes.
    Stir oil and salt into the yeast mixture.
    Using a heavy-duty mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and set on low speed, beat in flour 1/2 cup at a time until a stiff dough forms 5 to 10 minutes.
    Turn the dough out on a lightly floured surface and knead 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add flour to keep from sticking.
    Place in a large bowl.
    Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
