Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 (1 oz.) bottle red food coloring
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Add ingredients in order and mix thoroughly. Bake in
    greased and floured pan(s) at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes. Test for doneness by touching center; if it springs back, it is most likely done.
