Hot Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 egg, beaten
4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Combine milk, oil, sugar and salt in saucepan. Bring just to boiling point. Cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in water. Add to lukewarm mixture. Add egg and flour. Knead well. Let rise in greased, covered bowl for 1 hour or until doubled in bulk. Shape into rolls. Place well apart on baking sheet. Let rise until doubled in bulk. Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown. Yield: 1 1/2 dozen rolls.
