Passover Date Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cake meal
    1/2 tsp. potato flour
    1 c. dates
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil and sugar.
    Beat well.
    Chop dates and nuts.
    Add to mixture with remainder of ingredients. Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cut into squares a few minutes after removing from oven.
